Creative chaos meets Canva in brilliant OOH campaign

Canva and agency Stink Studios have turned the area around Waterloo Station into a playground for marketing truths.
The activation includes multiple executions (media planning by OMD) that poke fun at everyday client-agency frustrations while promoting Canva’s suite of features.
“When make the logo bigger goes a bit too far” – a billboard showing the Canva logo floats outside the frame, reminding creators they can ‘stay on brand’ with their brand kit feature.
“Turns out the 16×9 was meant to be 9×16” – another billboard spotlights reformatting woes promoting Canva’s magic resize tool in a “whoops” moment.
Landing “drag and drop almost anything” functionality with a Forest bike precariously fixed to a poster.
Another billboard is plastered with sticky notes full of conflicting comments, evoking the classic “too many cooks” agency dilemma.
A final poster promotes the background removal feature – revealing the brick wall behind the frame.
The excellent series leans into client/creative tension a theme that always resonates in marketing circles and laughs at the chaos of feedback loops with a knowing smile.
