Londoners were left speechless this weekend as Tom Cruise, suited up in a tuxedo, appeared atop the iconic BFI IMAX cinema.
The 62-year-old Hollywood legend was in town to receive a British Film Institute Fellowship honouring his blockbuster-spanning career from Rain Man to Top Gun.
But Cruise didn’t just collect his award quietly. In true Ethan Hunt style, he turned heads with a surprise rooftop stunt as part of a promotional push for Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning.
Set for release on 23 May, the film boasts a jaw-dropping $400 million budget and is rumoured to be the franchise’s final chapter.
