Poundland is ‘Selling’ Harry Potter Invisibility Cloaks for FREE

This Halloween, Harry Potter fans can get their very own invisibility cloak, all thanks to discount store Poundland!
The “invisibility cloak” is displayed on a hanger with a card reading “Halloween Invisibility Cloak FREE”. The new offering is part of Poundland’s largest ever Halloween range, with more than 270 products available in a number of stores across the country.
Poundland’s trading director, Tim Bettley, said: “We intended to trial this item last year, but couldn’t find it in the distribution centre.
“But now we’ve found it, we think our customers will see the value, if not the cloak.”
And shoppers really haven’t been able to contain their excitement since the cloak’s release. Customers have taken to social media to post how much they love the idea.
A number of people have been commenting on the product via Twitter, with one person joking, “Had to return mine, didn’t fit.”
Even Poundland chimed in saying “At least if we run out people won’t notice…”
Unfortunately, not all stores will be stocking the invisible garment, with only six Poundland shops around the country getting them in. The “cloak” will be available at London Stratford High Street, Salford City, Bristol Galleries, Byker Retail Park (Newcastle), Leeds Lands Lane, Birmingham Corporation Street.
