Heineken moves a North London pub to Lisbon just for two die-hard football fans

As part of their “Cheers to the Superstitious Fans” campaign, Heineken has taken two fan’s local pub (on wheels) all the way to Lisbon, to celebrate the weird rituals that die-hard fans swear by!

When London-based Amelie Margaret Kirk and Sophie Hurst shared their ritual of pre-gaming at The Twelve Pins, Heineken went all out, replicating every detail of the pub near L’Estádio José Alvalade for the UEFA Women’s Champions League Final. On match day, the pair will meet football legends Jill Scott MBE and Thiago Alcântara at their temporary, yet oh-so-familiar, haunt to add an epic twist to their ritual.

This coincides with Heineken extending its UEFA Women’s Champions League partnership for five more years, putting a spotlight on fans who make the game what it is.

“Who are we to stand between superstitious fans and their matchday rituals? From recreating a lucky pub at the UEFA Women’s Champions League Final to shining a light on the fans who make the game what it is”

Now they just have to win!
