Heinz and Heineken: the match we’ve all been waiting for?
Five lagers and a substitute.
Heinz and Heineken have called it “the match we’ve all been waiting for”: a six-pack of Heineken with the sixth bottle quietly swapped for a Heinz.
Cold ones and a condiment, fully committed to the World Cup bit.
It went live as a collab post on both brands’ Instagram accounts, the same image landing on Heinz and Heineken’s grids at once.
Willem Brandt from Kraft Heinz posted; ‘After more than 150 years of showing up at the same parties, HEINZ and Heineken are finally arriving together: a limited-edition six-pack pairing five Heineken beers + one bottle of HEINZ Tomato Ketchup. A fantastic way to unite two iconic brands with a shared belief of bringing people together!”

No new product, no elaborate mechanic — just two things that already live in the same fridge, photographed together, and a pun doing most of the heavy lifting.

There’s a DIY edition too, which is brand speak for “buy both and assemble it yourself.”
