Blush targets fugitive spy

In what has to be the most bizarre brand hijack I’ve seen in quite some time, German lingerie company Blush have posted a couple of interesting new ads. I say interesting because alongside the usual fare of a model wearing some of the company’s best (and not much else), they’ve decided to target someone very particular indeed.

I don’t know to what extent fugitives make up Blush’s consumer base, and I’m definitely not convinced that Mr Snowden (current whereabouts: Russia) is a sure-fire sale. On the other hand, this ad, along with its partner (below), is cheeky and fun. Whether it will get a rise out of the public is yet to be seen, but in terms of jumping on the brandwagon Blush deserves a lot of respect.
