Absolut toasts Keith Haring with artist-edition bottle

Absolut has revived a key moment in its creative history with the launch of the Absolut Haring Artist-Edition.
First created in 1986 at the suggestion of Andy Warhol, the original Keith Haring bottle artwork has been reimagined for 2025, this time in a three-dimensional format that adds new texture and movement.
The bottle showcases Haring’s signature style -bold lines, bright colours, and dynamic figures reapplied to the classic Absolut silhouette.
The packaging includes a debossed rhythm of dancing figures, Haring’s signature on the shrink sleeve.
The release follows last year’s Warhol edition and continues Absolut’s strategy of tapping into its archive of artist collaborations.
“Keith Haring’s work radiated energy, colour, and hope,” says Deb Dasgupta, Absolut’s VP Global Marketing. “We’re inviting a new generation to celebrate that spirit.”
To support the launch, Absolut has created the Haring Fizz cocktail, blending apple, orange, sesame, and ginger for a flavour profile that nods to Haring’s global travels and New York roots.
David Stark, Founder and CEO of Artestar, the licensing agency representing the Keith Haring Studio, shares: “Our mission is to keep Keith Haring’s spirit alive by continuing to expand access to his art and the important messages within it. This project with Absolut revives a moment that meant so much to Keith. It’s a wonderful tribute that allows anyone to engage with this special story that started back in 1986.”
The Artist-Edition will debut in global travel retail on July 1, before expanding to over 40 countries in October.
