MSCHF launch ‘cease and desist’ grand prix

By on Wednesday, January 26, 2022

MSCHF, an American art stunt collective, are offering a range of racing style jersey’s adorned with the logo of famous companies in an effort to encourage people to receive cease and desist letters.

Those who purchase the jersey’s and receive the first cease and desist letter will win a special ‘Grand Prix Champions Hat’ featuring the MSCHF logo. Some of the brands embellished on each jersey include Disney, Microsoft, Starbucks and Amazon.

MSCHF brand co-founder Daniel Green  said “We chose companies that are large enough to be worth infringing on and are mostly known for being litigious. We expect Disney, for example, to be a frontrunner for obvious reasons.”  All of the shirts are sold out, but you can still take a look at each one here.

This competition represents another way MSCHF’s product drops push creative boundaries and inspire coverage-grabbing antics. Does MSCHF inspire you?
