Paddy Power’s Grim Reaper Haunts Man Utd Boss
By Staff on Sunday, April 20, 2014
Paddy Power despatched a Grim Reaper to Goodison Park this afternoon, who blagged a seat right beside the United dugout in clear camera view of the troubled United manager.
The game was Moyes’ first at Goodison Park since leaving Everton after 11 years at the helm to join Manchester United in the summer.

The bookmaker owned up to the stunt, writing on their website: “Paddy Power sent their very own Grim Reaper into Goodison Park this afternoon, sitting just a few feet away from the troubled United manager.
The Grim Reaper, dressed in a black cloak complete with an inflatable scythe, was eventually ejected by security but it didn’t make for happy viewing as his Red Devils’ side were eventually beaten 2-0 by his former club.
Paddy Power kept everyone updated through their Twitter account.
‘The spectator, who was wearing a Paddy Power shirt, was kicked out midway through the first half of Everton’s Premier League clash with United’ – reports the Daily Mail.
‘It’s not the first time Moyes has been heckled by a Grim Reaper this season as the same happened during the club’s Champions League tie against Olympiakos’ – adds The Daily Mirror.
