Breast milk-inspired ice cream launches in U.S

Frida, the parenting brand known for tackling postpartum topics head-on, has teamed up with OddFellows Ice Cream Co. on a limited-edition breast milk-inspired flavor.
The release coincides with National Breastfeeding Awareness Month and Frida’s new 2-in-1 Manual Breast Pump and is designed to spark conversation around early motherhood.
The ice cream doesn’t contain actual breast milk but does include liposomal bovine colostrum — the first milk cows produce after giving birth — alongside cream, eggs, sugar, honey and fruit juice.
The brand stoked further hype by advertising for testers.
And driving a tanker around town.
Frida describes the result as sweet and slightly salty.
OddFellows has built a reputation for unusual flavors, but this collaboration marks a new territory for the brand.
The ice cream, available on its website for those in the United States, is priced at $12.99 for a pint, and customers need to buy two.
