Guinness turns matchday moments into shareable ‘Pints of View’

By on Thursday, February 26, 2026

Guinness has extended its Lovely Days platform into the Guinness Six Nations with a social-first mechanic that puts fans’ own perspectives at the centre of the action.

Building on 2025’s ‘Pints of View’ beer mats in Ireland, the new POV concept rolls out across Ireland and Great Britain during the Guinness Six Nations.

At its core is a simple visual device: a pint-shaped silhouette that frames whatever supporters decide a “Lovely Day” looks like, from pre-match rituals to post-whistle celebrations.

Large-scale installations have appeared outside Aviva Stadium, encouraging fans to capture and share their matchday moments.

The mechanic also returns to the on-trade, with beer mats landing for a third drop in Ireland and debuting in the UK.

Following strong organic uptake, Guinness Ireland is supplying an additional 1.5 million mats to meet demand.

Created with Born Social, the campaign bridges IRL and social, turning user-generated content into the hero asset.
