Burger King serves up a Whopper ad with a side of silence

By on Wednesday, November 19, 2025

Burger King France is putting the Whopper centre stage in a quietly captivating campaign.

A hungry customer unboxes and devours the burger in a single uninterrupted shot – all at eye level, with no music, voiceover or flashy editing. Just whispers and the crunch of every bite.

This sensory slow burn transforms a simple lunch into a moment of almost sacred indulgence, letting viewers savour the silence right alongside the diner.

As the film winds down, there’s a twist: the new Whopper Rings. This limited edition twist on the classic adds three crispy onion rings and two slices of cheddar, bringing new textures to the burger that’s been a staple since 1957.

Created by agency Buzzman – the two-minute spot was directed by Lucie Bourdeu and produced by Hiersoir,

Running in 60 and 30-second cuts on TV and in cinemas, the campaign trades traditional slogans for a moment of pure, wordless satisfaction.
