As part of their wider ‘We Do Gym’ campaign, Gymshark has teamed up with cereal brand, Surreal, to create the perfect cereal for gym-goers… ‘Cardio-Os’!

Avid gym-goers will know the daily struggle of trying to hit the ever looming protein goal to ensure peak results, with breakfast often being the biggest pit fall – but Gymshark X Surreals strawberry flavoured ‘Cardio-Os’ boasts more protein in one bowl than two eggs… 13g to be exact!
