Noodles in a sub? Batchelors go full sandwich chaos
The age of the noodle sarnie is here as Batchelors Super Noodles joins forces with cult sub shop Dom’s Subs to create a carb-on-carb, flavour-fuelled invention.
The pair called on grime star Big Zuu to unveil the frankensteinian Super Noodles Sandwich.

Why? Because Brits are bored of bland – say Batchelor’s parent Premier Foods.
Research shows nearly half of sandwich eaters want shops to up their game – and a third are already experimenting at home with combos like jam and cheese or egg and crisps.

Social media is stoking the fire, with 22% of Brits saying they’d try a weird sandwich if they saw it online.

Enter: the Super Noodles Sandwich. Two limited-edition monsters are hitting the menu – one stuffed with Tarragon Chicken and Chicken Super Noodles, the other a tikka masala-laced veggie number with Curry Super Noodles and fresh coriander.
Big Zuu, who helped craft the subs, said: “Noodles in a sub roll is next level. It’s bold, fun and surprisingly banging.”
Kate Yateman-Smith, Brand Director at Premier Foods added: “The Super Noodles sandwich puts a new twist on something familiar, reimagining it in an unexpected, flavourful and irresistibly tasty way.”
Dom’s Subs will stock them until they’re gone. And on 4 February, Zuu will be giving away 100 sandwiches at the Cullum Street store. Come hungry.
