Musk, Bezos and Altman reimagined in dystopian AI clip

By on Friday, February 27, 2026

A mockumentary film from Belgian startup AiCandy fast-forwards to 2036 and asks ‘If AI takes our jobs, could it also take our calories?’

In Energym, a fictional gym chain, AI-aged versions of Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos and Sam Altman run a world where automation has replaced most of the workforce.

With 80 percent of jobs gone, humans are encouraged to rediscover their “purpose” by pedalling and lifting to power the AI servers that made them redundant.

Rows of unemployed citizens generate electricity for sprawling data centres, while their billionaire gym lords calmly frame it as a win for wellbeing.

The Black Mirror-esque parody feels uncomfortably close to home.

Since launch, AiCandy says it has been inundated with job offers and collaboration requests.
