St. Pancras International has unveiled its 2025 Christmas Tree — a gently rotating, 12-metre tall installation that doubles as a tribute to the hopes of children at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Created in partnership with Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH Charity), the “Music Box Christmas Tree” highlights the imagination of young patients.
The theme, “Powered by Dreams,” invites visitors to explore the personal stories and drawings of 38 children, each brought to life as hand-painted baubles spiraling up the tree.
The tree’s design includes accessible features such as braille labeling and a seated area where visitors can pause and take in the music.

At its peak is an illuminated ballerina, inspired by a dancer from GOSH Arts who visits children in the hospital.

It’s a festive installation that balances craft, storytelling, and public engagement, while also supporting fundraising efforts throughout the season.

Wendy Spinks, Chief Commercial Officer at St. Pancras Highspeed, described the project as adding “an extra layer of meaning and magic.” Gabi Field from GOSH Charity noted the importance of sharing the creativity and spirit of the hospital community with a wider audience.
