Google Pixel brings festive flair with Love Actually spoof

Google Pixel is stirring festive hearts with a new social campaign that riffs on the UK’s most searched Christmas film, Love Actually.

Titled ‘It’s Pixel, actually’, the campaign reunites beloved cast members Thomas Brodie-Sangster and Martine McCutcheon to showcase the cinematic power of the Pixel 10.

Developed with WPP Media Future Group and Universal Products & Experiences, the campaign playfully recreates iconic scenes from the 2003 holiday hit – from lobster costumes to romantic bench chats – putting the phone’s advanced Pro Res Zoom front and centre.

Eileen Mannion, VP of Marketing at Google UK, said: “With ‘It’s Pixel, actually’, we’ve used the magic from one of the UK’s most beloved holiday films to show how the Google Pixel 10 helps anyone capture truly cinematic moments.”

With Love Actually confirmed as the most searched-for Christmas film in UK history, the campaign taps perfectly into festive nostalgia, blending seasonal sentiment with product innovation.
