Apple introduces new product, Lumon Terminal Pro

As Apple TV’s Severance continues to dominate pop culture, Apple has introduced a new addition to its online store, set to drive fans wild once again.

Mimicking a genuine product launch, the Lumon Terminal Pro is now available on the Apple Web Store for ‘purchase’.

The new product launched in time for April Fools is positioned alongside actual Mac models such as the MacBook Air and Mac Studio. Look for a “buy now” button and browsers will instead find a link to an 11-minute behind-the-scenes video showcasing how Severance‘s editors use of Apple devices like the iMac, Mac mini, and MacBook Pro to bring the MDR Floor to life.

Designed to resemble the retro terminals seen in the much-loved series, the dystopian desktop features chunky bezels, a low-res screen, a blue keyboard, and an old-school trackball. However, those looking for fun colour options that represent their innie (or outtie) will be severely disappointed.

With many stunts having already appeared on our timelines from the Severance creative teams, could this be their best one yet?
