South Western Railway (SWR) has initiated a campaign titled ‘Abuse Stays With Our Staff’ to address verbal abuse towards its employees.

The campaign aims to promote respectful treatment of SWR staff, drawing on research that reveals the emotional toll such abuse takes on workers.
