Pokémon Gogh: collaboration teaser trailer released

In an unexpected move from two titan brands – Pokémon and the Van Gogh Museum have teased their upcoming collab!
In the striking teaser trailer, Pikachu and Eevee are pictured running through a landscape filled with sunflower fields and Dutch windmills – both notable themes in Van Gogh’s paintings.
The scene transforms into a vision of brushstrokes as the pair look up to the sky, referencing the iconic Starry Night painting. The field around them is suddenly filled with Sunflora Pokémon.
The video ends with a painting of the Sunflora crop in the style of the 19th century artist.
Both known for truly immersing and captivating their audience, the collaboration is effortlessly bringing the past and present together.
Whilst there aren’t yet many details surrounding the collab, we are excited to see what’s to come!
The collaboration is set to be released on September 28th.
