Timberland launches digital adventure experience ‘TimbsTrails’

Timberland has launched a digital adventure, “TimbsTrials” for consumers to delve into.

The experience allows the audience to gain an understanding of the story behind the famous footwear brand from its origin to the present day.

Consumers can explore the evolution of Timberland, through a gamified, online experience.

Celebrating the stories, art, music and creators behind the world-renowned brand and culture within.

Numerous cities have been created and are displayed throughout the experience, each providing background regarding select aspects of the brand upbringing.

Within each trial, participants can explore different settings within cities, watch videos and collect boots.

The ‘cities’ are related to different inspirations for Timberland across the years, each providing different inspirations for the global brand. The chapters vary from Timberlands New England Origin, influences from Tokyo, London and Italy, New York’s Hip-Hop Heritage, past collaborations and sustainability programmes. In essence, the final chapter highlights how Timberland will actively work towards a greener and more environmentally friendly and conscious world.
