Canterbury’s name changed to ‘Canterburger’ in restaurant PR stunt

Signs welcoming drivers to Canterbury are being changed to say ‘City of Canterburger’, in a stunt to promote the impending opening of Gourmet Burger Kitchen (confirmed to me by the PR team behind it):

The new GBK restaurant opens today in St Peter’s Street, according to this story on Kent Online, which also quotes a council spokesman who appears to have seen the funny side of it.
