Have you ever looked at the performing dogs on YouTube and Britain’s Got Talent and wondered how you could benefit from your own dog? Well, HolidayCottages.co.uk have the answer: they’re looking for a Canine Critic.
One lucky pooch and their pet owner will get the chance to travel around to various pet-friendly sites within the UK in order to review the sites and ensure they are up to the standards expected by those who travel with their pets.
As with any job role, the canine candidate must meet certain requirements;
1. House-trained (does not chew furniture, toilet-trained etc.)
2. Minimum age of 1 year old (as of February 2015)
3. Sociable (good with other dogs/children)
5. A nose for discovering new places
6. A good traveller
Similarly, the pet-owner must meet a few requirements;
1. Enjoy writing
2. Have good time management skills
3. Be able to meet deadlines
There is no salary, however the lucky pooch and their owner will get four free holidays throughout the 2015/2016 season in return for their feedback through blog updates and video updates, including access to a variety of doggy adventures.
If you think your dog has what it takes to be a Canine Critic, the application form and full Ts & Cs can be found at www.holidaycottages.co.uk/caninecritic
