McDonald’s customers won free food by playing Rock, Paper, Scissors with the staff

To celebrate Children’s Day in Peru, McDonald’s staff asked customers to play rock, paper, scissors with them. If the customer won, the order was free:
A sweet idea – I like the notion of dressing the winning idea of giving stuff away up by using games (Street Fighter bouts at the cash machine, anyone?), a slightly tenuous link (because kids play, you know, we wanted to make adults play too…?) and, a video in which, dependent upon where you stop it, it looks like McDonald’s staff are threatening customers. Which made me laugh.
