Les Mills releases ‘Spaghetti Legs’… for your spaghetti legs!

Fitness brand, Les Mills, known for giving people spaghetti legs, has created the limited edition Spaghetti Leg pasta!

This follows a recent study that revealed eating pasta makes you just as happy as an endorphin-boosting workout.

To celebrate the launch of their new Functional Strength workout, Les Mills has kicked off the first leg (sorry) of celebrations by launching the delicious whole wheat noodles. Their workout is designed to build up your lower body strength with impressive gains over the eight weeks, mixing heavy lifting with functional training to build muscle and athleticism.

A special Spaghetti Legs livestream has also been launched with the co-creator Ben Main, on the Les Mills’ Instagram, teasing the new program and giving their followers a chance to snag some of the limited edition pasta.

Alice Atherton, the head of brand at Les Mills, has said

“Spaghetti Legs is the latest example of us subverting expectations of a fitness brand to provide playful entry points for people to start their workout journey and reap the rewards of an active lifestyle”
