Professional services marketplace sets up Pokemon Go trainer category

We worked with our client Bidvine.com, a professional services marketplace, to capitilise on the huge trend that is Pokemon Go, by creating a Pokemon Go trainer category on its website.

The story only took a couple of hours to pull together, get on site and send out.

Needless to say, fans of the game who want to make some extra money signed up instantly, and by the end of the day, trainers were quoting and being hired!

The concept is simple, Bidvine is a marketplace that allows professionals to quote for work which is requested by members of the public. All the Pokemon Go trainers need to do is create a profile, set a price, and then ‘quote’ the people who want their Pokemon accounts played on whilst they’re otherwise occupied.

No phones need to be sacrificed, the trainer just signs in to the customer’s account and plays the game for them for an agreed time frame. I don’t think it’s technically cheating.

This PR initiative has gained some great coverage on tech and national sites with dozens of links, purely because it’s so on trend.
