KLM #happytohelp week.

Another great stunt from the KLM social team.

Titled #happytohelp, as described by the company “is a five-day special KLM customer service team set out to help every traveller in need around the world.  Whether they fly KLM or not.

The five day period started from Monday October13th from 8:00 AM (UTC+1h) and ends on Friday October 17th by 05:00 PM (UTC+1h).

The help provided include videos with tips, reminders to specific travellers, and also include on site live interaction, like helping a couple heading to their honey moon or a teenager in a long layover to connect with an artist she’s a fan of.

A collection of videos produced so far can be found here, and the playlist will probably be updated in the upcoming days with whatever help they can pull until Friday.
