Coke just got cooler with bottles made of ice

Coke are doing some pretty fabulous things with PR lately (check out May’s top 10 PR stunts if you don’t believe me), and their latest innovation comes from Coke Columbia, who have produced bottles made entirely out of ice.

They say Coke is best served ice cold, and it doesn’t get much colder than these bottles, which make me REALLY WANT A COKE. Maybe I’m just thirsty, maybe this is brilliant PR, but there’s no doubting this is a clever little stunt that will grab people’s attention.

With the branded red band around the bottle stopping your hands freezing, it seems they’ve got all bases covered, even achieving an eco-friendly ‘packaging’, given that it melts.
