Blame it on the Weatherman

Just in time for the unpredictable weather, Southern Comfort have launched an interactive website which allows you to type in your location and see the weather where you are.

Whilst it isn’t as interactive as other location based apps and websites (BA’s and Stella Artois to name my two favourites) it is a clever way to increase brand awareness and continue the ‘Whatever’s Comfortable’ message they are promoting.  Plus it’s still quite amusing to see the comfortable guy (who featured in their 2012 advertising campaign) always at ease no matter the weather conditions and despite his Speedos.
