Even Superheroes Need Love

Nice little idea from US film site Next Movie, no doubt on the back of the recent Avengers movie – with great targeting of some of the more popular online dating communities.

Now I’m not saying that the majority of adult comic-reading men are single – it’s just a nice way to tap into an existing audience which is only one click away from your site.

So, to the creative…  Even Superheroes need love, and given their supernatural internet skills, where else would they turn but online dating sites?  Cue a range of lonely hearts ads with Superman, Thor, Captain America and Blade – all desperately looking for an emotional sidekick.

Really simple, really cheap, and really likely to be passed along by those who suddenly find they’ve been ‘liked’ by the Hulk.
