Dubai Waterpark turns drained slides and chutes into epic skate park

You may be forgiven for thinking a water park without any water would make for a very dull day out, however the clever folks over at Aquaventure Waterpark in Dubai shattered that assumption by turning a routine maintenance day into the most extreme opportunity.

After draining all of the shoots and slides of water they opened the park up to a series of skaters who made the most of the dry shoots and slides by shredding some serious moves.

 

Xtreme CollXtioN, a magazine dedicated to extreme sports, filmed the exploits of what we can only assume to be the luckiest and, more importantly, happiest skaters in the world showing you can make something awesome out of even the most mundane jobs.
