Monopoly helpline set up to end Christmas feuds
By Cal Gable on Monday, December 19, 2016
The creators of our family favorite, yet rage inducing board game Monopoly, has come up with a clever way to stop Christmas ending in a not so silent night.
Monopoly has introduced a Christmas hotline to prevent family disputes – according to a recent survey, 51% of monopoly games end in a row. Top arguments include people making up rules, people being too cocky when winning, someone buying a property you want even when they don’t need it and people taking too long to take their turn. They will have experts on hand with the official Monopoly rule book to stop arguments in their tracks.
The hotline will be open from the 24th – 26th of December – I’m saving the number in my phone right now.
