Chocolate stamps launched by Belgian postal service
By Jade Mansell on Thursday, February 7, 2013
Worth writing about purely because it’s so weird: the Belgian postal service have launched chocolate stamps to celebrate the country’s national delicacy.
The stamps smell and taste like chocolate, so when you lick it you’re reminded that Belgium is the unofficial chocolate capital of the world (and presumably
brainwashed to go and buy more).
Each stamp features a chocolate treat so you’re given a visual representation of what you’re tasting – it’d make me send more letters anyway.
The series of five stamps will cost €6.20 (£5.30) and are being released in time for Easter on March 25th.
