How to turn a customer complaint into an opportunity. When Nando’s received a complaint from Jeremy Cole, they responded in a very standard letter plus gift voucher format. But, uh-oh! Unlucky Jeremy’s voucher didn’t make it through Royal Mail intact – sparking further anguish…

Royal Mail obliges, and both organisations come across as very human to their social followers and receive national pick up to boot. Kudos for including personality and humour into corporate profiles.
